Fractional CIO / CTO / COO · Board Adviser & NED · Business & Technology Agile Transformation
A highly experienced C-suite executive and board-level adviser with 30 years of leadership across pan-European financial services, fintech and technology businesses, spanning both publicly listed and Private Equity-owned organisations. Andy now operates through LUXIT Ltd as a fractional CIO/CTO/COO and independent consultant, advising ExCo teams and Boards of Directors on agile business transformation, cloud-native technology re-platforming and the strategic adoption and governance of AI at scale.
He combines board-level strategic authority with deep operational experience, able to advise on strategy and challenge delivery with equal credibility — a rare pairing that comes from having held both the accountability of the boardroom and the hands-on C-Suite leadership of delivery organisations on both sides of the business/IT divide.
Andy is a certified SAFe® 6 Agilist, Certified AI-Empowered SAFe® Agilist and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, with deep hands-on experience designing and deploying enterprise-wide scaled agile programmes, SaaS ecosystems and AI-powered solutions — including live agentic AI use cases using Salesforce AgentForce and AI-driven automated data migration pipelines. He holds a Stanford University certification in AI-Driven Leadership and is a recognised public voice on the critical importance of robust data foundations as the prerequisite for monetising AI at enterprise scale.
